Why Amitywell
Clear advantages for families preparing for change
We are not the only educational resource available — but we are one of the few designed specifically for family transition in Thailand, with materials built for the international community in Phuket.

Six reasons families choose Amitywell
Built for transition, not general education
Every workshop and resource at Amitywell was developed with family transition specifically in mind — not adapted from a generic template.
Rooted in the Phuket context
Our plain-language materials explain how processes commonly work in Thailand — relevant for both Thai nationals and the significant expatriate community on the island.
Three complementary offerings
The workshop, toolkit, and course series are designed to work together — or independently — depending on what a household actually needs at any given stage.
Paced for real people under pressure
We do not rush participants. Session lengths and self-guided materials are designed around the reality that people managing a transition are already carrying a lot.
Clear scope on every page
We are consistent and transparent about what our services include and what they do not. Participants are never left guessing about what kind of support they are receiving.
Accessible, transparent pricing
Three clearly priced offerings in Thai Baht. No hidden add-ons, no tiered membership, no recurring fees. What you see is what you pay.
Deep familiarity with this specific subject
Amitywell's facilitators have spent years working with families navigating household reorganisation, relocation, and separation in Thailand. That focus means our materials are detailed where generalist resources tend to be vague — particularly around documentation, shared assets, and communication during high-stress conversations.
- Materials developed specifically for the Thai family-law and administrative context
- Facilitators with backgrounds in adult education and household administration
- Ongoing review process to keep content current and accurate

What participants say they value most
- A facilitator who listened carefully and did not push any particular direction
- Templates that were genuinely ready to use, not things to be redesigned
- Plain-language explanations of processes we had no idea how to begin
- Knowing the scope clearly — what Amitywell could help with, and what needed a lawyer
A participant experience designed with care
We keep workshop cohorts small deliberately. When a group is large, it becomes a lecture. When it stays small, it stays a conversation — which is where the genuine value in communication skill-building sits.
Feedback from participants has shaped every revision of our materials since 2019. The toolkit and course content today reflects what real families found useful, not what looked good on paper.
Transparent pricing without surprises
All three offerings are priced clearly in Thai Baht. The Listening & Understanding Workshop is ฿3,700 per person. The Family Organiser Toolkit is ฿12,300 per household. The Preparation Course Series is ฿29,300 per person. These prices cover everything delivered as part of each offering.
There are no membership structures, no upselling once you are enrolled, and no materials that require separate purchase. Families know what they are spending before they commit.

What Sets Us Apart
Things you will not find elsewhere
Phuket-specific content
We do not use generic materials produced for a Western audience and hope they transfer. Our plain-language explanations of common transition processes are written with Thailand's administrative landscape in mind.
Three formats for three needs
Some families need a workshop. Some need a toolkit to work through at home. Some need the full course series. We offer all three because there is no single path through a household transition.
Participant-refined materials
Every template, checklist, and session structure has been revised based on feedback from actual participants. This is not a product built once and left — it evolves with the people who use it.
No pressure to continue or upgrade
Each offering is self-contained. We do not use completion of one to push enrolment in another. Families choose based on what they actually need, not on what we would prefer to sell them.
