1. Definitions

• "Amitywell" refers to the educational and administrative business operating at 210 Phang Nga Road, Talat Yai, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
• "Services" refers to the Listening & Understanding Workshop, the Family Organiser Toolkit, and the Preparation Course Series offered by Amitywell.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses this website, enquires about, or enrolls in our Services.
• "Content" refers to all materials, templates, checklists, workbooks, and written information provided as part of our Services.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our Services.

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Description of Services

Amitywell provides educational workshops, self-guided organisational toolkits, and multi-session preparation courses designed for adults navigating family transition. All Services are informational and administrative in nature. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, therapeutic support, or any regulated professional service.

Our Services are delivered primarily in English from our base in Phuket, Thailand, and are open to residents and non-residents of Thailand.

4. Enrolment and Course Terms

• Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Workshop and course places are non-transferable without prior written agreement from Amitywell.
• Amitywell reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session. In the event of cancellation by Amitywell, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
• Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. Partial completion does not entitle a participant to a partial refund.
• Content and materials provided are for the personal use of the enrolled participant only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise stated.

• Listening & Understanding Workshop: ฿3,700 per person
• Family Organiser Toolkit: ฿12,300 per household
• Preparation Course Series: ฿29,300 per person

Refund policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled workshop or course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. Toolkit purchases are non-refundable once the materials have been delivered. Amitywell may at its discretion offer a credit toward a future session.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our website and Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or enrolling
• Use Content only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes
• Treat other workshop participants and facilitators with respect
• Not record, share, or reproduce any session content without written consent from Amitywell
• Not misrepresent our Services as advice, professional services, or clinical support of any kind

7. Intellectual Property

All Content produced by Amitywell — including templates, checklists, workbooks, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Amitywell. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use Content for your own household purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are educational and informational only. Nothing provided by Amitywell constitutes legal, financial, psychological, or clinical advice. We do not represent you, advise you, or make decisions on your behalf.

All information in our materials reflects general educational content and does not account for your individual circumstances. You should always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from attending a workshop, completing the toolkit, or completing the course series. What you choose to do with what you learn is entirely your decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Amitywell shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services or reliance on our Content. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service to which the claim relates.

Amitywell is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amitywell and its staff from any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Services or Content.

11. Termination

Amitywell may remove a participant from a workshop or course without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. In all other cases of early termination by either party, refund eligibility is determined in accordance with Section 5 above.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amitywell regarding use of our Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure by Amitywell to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or Services after a change constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
